Main Quest
Start the quest by speaking with Horr (/navi icecastle 27, 126) in the Barmund Mansion Garden to begin the research for the snake's lair entrance. He needs an adventure team to expand the search.
Investigation in Ancient Ice Gorge
Inside the Ice Castle (/navi icas_in 261, 197), talk to Leon. He suggests the Rgans might be in the Ancient Ice Gorge.
At the Ancient Ice Gorge (/navi jor_back5 353, 73), talk to Lehar. He'll move you to a safer location (/navi jor_safty1 64, 328).
Talk to Lehar again. After an attack, he flees to another safe spot (/navi jor_safty1 195, 327).
After talking to Lehar, Horr identifies Iwin and Rgan traces.
At /navi jor_back5 355, 352, Miriam warps you to a third safe place (/navi jor_safty1 328, 324). She found a frozen Rgan with a machine.
Lazy suggests returning to the Ice Castle with the machine. You are warped back.
Go to /navi icas_in 258, 192 and talk to the team. Leon gives the machine to Vellugunde for investigation.
Horr then asks to speak with you privately.
Receive: 20 Sacred Cat Whiskers and 90 Reputation.
Uncovering the Traitors
Walk north and talk with Horr (/navi icas_in 259, 219). He found a Rgan corpse and wants you to secretly check for missing people.
Go outside and north of the barracks (/navi icas_in 109, 38). Talk to Torr, who says everyone is present.
Walk west to the first northern house and find a suspicious spot at /navi icecastle 209, 237. You find traces of something that entered but didn't leave.
Go to Charr (/navi icecastle 67, 222) who confirms everyone in his neighborhood is there.
Return to Horr at /navi icas_in 259, 219). Choose the first option: "Nothing much...".
Vellugunde appears. Talk to him at /navi icas_in 141, 216). He found the machine is a mana absorber.
Receive: 20 Sacred Cat Whiskers and 90 Reputation.
Canyon Exploration
Leave the castle and talk to Lehar waiting outside. Create a one-man party and talk to him again to begin.
Follow the navi to two Iwin's. Talking to the left one will trigger a scripted attack, warping you.
Talk to Lehar again. You overhear Bagot and Lasgand talking about turning Lasgand into a god.
After talking to Lehar again, a mysterious White Cat appears and helps you escape.
Follow the Cat. You find a group of Rgans transforming into Iwin's. Lehar decides to escape to the Snake Nest.
The Cat helps you to the Snake Nest entrance. After entering the portal, Lasgand and Bagot appear. You are teleported back to the Ice Castle.
Receive: 20 Sacred Cat Whiskers and 90 Reputation.
The Snake's Nest
Infiltration Return to /navi icas_in 259, 194 and talk to Miriam to gather the team.
Talk to Oriryo Trooper at /navi icas_in 100, 55. He explains the password system, which unlocks the daily quest "Today's Watchword".
Use the warper to the Snake's Nest, then follow the navi to /navi jor_nest 37, 266 and talk to Lazy.
Talk to Horr. You need a Rgan Transformation Scroll to enter.
Inside, talk to the Rgan Shaman who attacks you. You need to hunt:
5 Great Rgan Shaman
5 Jormungand Church Shaman
The hidden portal to level 2 is at /navi jor_root2 234, 248.
Talk to Lazy inside. He decides to use the shaman's face to blend in.
Receive: 10 Sacred Cat Whiskers and 60 Reputation.
Gathering Information Talk to Horr who is skeptical.
Go to /navi jor_sanct 155, 85 and talk to an Rgan. He asks for 3 Snake Strawberries from the previous map.
Return the items to the Rgan. He sends you to the next one at /navi jor_sanct 178, 125, who gives you a Horsepower Recovery Device.
Talk to the Rgan on the left, then the team appears. Everyone decides to speak to Rgans for information.
Receive: 20 Sacred Cat Whiskers and 90 Reputation.
You have to talk to all NPCs on the map:
Eriligand: Answer: "That's an exaggeration." and "I'm not sure what you mean.".
Holesybigand: He wants 30 Copo's Head Feather. Answer: "I believe.", "Indeed.", and "Pretend to be curious.".
Gomiagand: Answer: "Answer.", "yes.", "I think so too.", and "Tap Gamiravagand's shoulder.".
Pamosugand: He asks for 20 Large Gray Feather.
Talk to the Intermediate Rgans. Choose to give them the cleaning task.
Talk to Tower (/navi jor_sanct 92, 139) and the Puddle to get them to work.
Complete the quest "I came all the way here" from your quest log. The navis will lead you to the Warehouse, Mountain of Junk, and Dumb / garbage.
Return to the sanctuary and talk to Sarekgand (/navi jor_sanct 153, 171).
Talk to the Supervisor (/navi jor_sanct 26, 280). You must kill 2 Jormungand Guardian-P and 1 Jormungand Guardian-Y.
Receive: 10 Sacred Cat Whiskers and 60 Reputation.
Final Confrontations Enter the maze and follow the navi to /navi jor_maze 15, 39 to be teleported.
Talk to Miriam who is gathering information. Search for the next location at /navi jor_maze 19, 146 to be teleported again.
Talk to Lehar and then search for the Shaky Wall at /navi jor_maze 142, 63. This starts the "Drift Ice Zone" instance.
Fight through the instance. Defeat Salekgandh and Bagot, then the White Cat will teleport you out.
Receive: 20 Sacred Cat Whiskers and 90 Reputation.
Return to the Ice Castle and talk to Lehar (/navi icas_in 227, 260).
The Cat's True Identity
Find Dive Iwin (/navi icecastle 140, 197). He needs 5 Ice Gangu and 3 Frozen Worm Shell to take you to the Drift Ice Zone.
Receive: 15 Sacred Cat Whiskers and 60 Reputation.
He then needs 5 Shining Seaweed and 3 Shiny Seaweed Stem for protection.
Receive: 15 Sacred Cat Whiskers and 60 Reputation.
Follow the path until you reach Leon (/navi jor_twice 238, 323).
Find Leon again at /navi jor_twice 159, 239). He explains that Jormungandr's main body is being depleted.
Talk to Lehar to enter the "Nest of Twigs" instance.
Inside, follow Lehar and fight until you find the White Cat. Leon and Aurelie explain that the cat is Jormungandr and that this is the center of Isgard where a World Tree grows.
